It is situated in a super clean and safe three story building with balcony, stairs, elevator, and bus stop in front. There is frontal and back views of pool and yard. Nothing to do but move into this next to knew furnished unit with plenty of closet space and storage. It is conveniently located within walking distance to Pinellas Trail, parks, restaurants, bike paths, walk trails, grocery, banks, and the Seminole Mall. The beach is only minutes away. The people here are very friendly, quiet, and respectable. Searching for someone alike to rent. Seminole, is one of the prettiest cities this side of the Gulf Coast. Great price and location.
